1. Enter the Louyang Hospital(louyang 261,93) and talk to Doctor Hua tuo. Choose Can I help you followed by This is the right thing to do. She’ll ask for your help to obtain some medicine because she couldn’t leave her patients.

2. Go to the Tool Shop (138,99) . Inside, talk to the tool shop owner (127,118). Say I’m here to get medicine for the doctor. He’ll refer you to look in the storage building instead

3. Go inside the building and talk to the storage keeper. He’ll give you the medicine if you agree to help him. Tell him I’m here to get medicines for the doctor followed by Ok.. what can I do for you?

Now is ur choice , help or not

You must help him or else you’ll have some trouble in finding the medicine.You have to get some papers in the city hall. be sure to take note of this document. It’s completely random

4. Go to the City Hall (309,78)and go right then down the hall. He’ll ask for a fee to speed up the processing. Enter 10000. He’ll take 10000 Zeny from you, don’t enter much higher number or else he’ll gladly take it. He’ll then refer you to the second floor.

" I need a document.
A little zeny to cut the red tape, eh? " 

5. Talk to Huang Zhishu at the second floor. Key in the name of the document that the storage keeper ask you to get.

 

6. Return to the storage keeper and he’ll give you the medicine for your trouble.

7. Now , come back to  Hua Tuo , if u refuse to help him again (choose I'm sorry ) he will give u 2Pilule and 1000 exp ( 10.000 with lv 98 ) . If u accept to help him again ( choose No problem ) , he will ask u for 

When u bring him all requires , he will give u 5 pilules and 10.000 exp
